Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Luxchilas ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Luxchilas ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and all other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We ship from Monday - Friday. If the order is received during the weekend or on holidays, it will start the process the next business day. 2-3 business days after the order and all the information and payments are confirmed, we will send the package to the shipping carrier. Current times and fees are those of the shipping carrier. For domestic locations please allow 3-5 business days and for international locations 6-10 business days after the package is received by the shipping carrier.

International

All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. 

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Luxchilas does not have information on customs or duties and cannot estimate these charges. Please check with the proper local authorities for details before placing an order. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products.  Luxchilas is not responsible for non-paid import taxes, nor will Luxchilas issue any refunds or exchanges for deliveries that have been refused for non-payment of import taxes. Luxchilas is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
