Shipping and Delivery

At this time, LUXCHILAS ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, LUXCHILAS ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and all other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We ship from Monday - Friday. If the order is received during the weekend or on holidays, it will start the process the next business day. 2-3 business days after the order and all the information and payments are confirmed, we will send the package to the shipping carrier. Current times and fees are those of the shipping carrier. International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Return Policy

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). LUXCHILAS reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. 
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online order, we will accept the return of full-priced items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and accompanied by an original LUXCHILAS receipt/invoice. Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered. We do not accept the return of items purchased on sale, custom made items or altered items. All returns and exchanges for online orders must be made within 30 days from the shipping date. 
If the purchase was made in the physical store or at any event, we do not accept returns, just exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase. We will accept the exchange of full priced items only.
